Full Tilt Poker Deals with Issues in Latest Update
Full Tilt Poker’s new software package has certainly had a lot of good things going for it, but recently there were also some bad things that hampered its style. The Full Tilt Poker software team understood these things were happening and that is why they have released a software update a lot sooner than might otherwise have been expected. While not fixing everything, this software update does go a long way towards restoring the expected level of functionality for the Full Tilt Poker software.
For starters, the AHK scripting is back online as of the newest software update provided by Full Tilt Poker. This type of scripting had been popular amongst many of the users of Full Tilt Poker. It, along with the Full Tilt Shortcuts program, was used by many in order to increase the convenience of the online poker gaming experience. The new software package appeared to hamper that functionality, but this update has restored it to its rightful place once again.
Another thing that appeared to be a big problem with the new Full Tilt Poker software was the third party helper software. Programs like Poker Tracker and Hold ‘Em Manager had apparently been rendered useless with the latest Full Tilt Poker update. The same was true of sites dealing with data mining such as Poker Table Ratings and Hand HQ. As of the new software update, these sites are once again able to report data from the hands played on Full Tilt Poker.
A lot of the main functionality has been restored to Full Tilt Poker, but there is still a bit left to be done in order for full functionality to be restored. Players that are used to certain convenience measures through the use of third party software packages might still find that some packages, especially older ones, may still not be compatible with Full Tilt Poker. It will happen eventually, but as of right now the Full Tilt Poker software development team still needs a bit of time in order to restore full functionality to all of the different software packages.
