Promotions and Bonus

Right now as a new player you are offered 100% up to $650. To earn your bonus you will need to earn FPP's through ring games or tournaments. They give 1 FPP for every $1 taken in rake and they are exact to the penny. You will earn 7 FPP's for every $1 taken in tournaments fees. Your bonus will be released in $10 increments and each fpp earned is worth $0.06. If you were to play on a table that pulls $1 in rake every hand, you would release $10 of your bonus every 1 -2 hours roughly. It is important to note that you have only 90 days to complete your bonus.

Competition

What you will find at Players Only is a good mix of competition. At the time of writing, there was about 5,782 players at 863 tables which is about average for a room like this. There is a solid mix of tables to choose from. It is not uncommon to see a table with a "players to flop" percentage below 20% with an average pot and many hands played per hour. Ring Games

The only ring games currently available at Players Only is Texas Hold Em and Omaha. Sadly, although the tab is there for 7 card stud, but no games are available. Texas Hold Em stakes generally start at around $0.02/$0.04 and you will see it climb up to $500/$1000. Games at these stakes are short handed tables or heads up matches normally and the last full handed table is around $100/$200 on average. Omaha is available at stakes starting at $0.02/$0.04 and for Omaha Hi the stakes peak at $300/$600 and for Hi/Lo they are around $30/$60 max.

Tournaments

Many tournaments are available at Players Only, as well as satellites to big events. $13,000 WSOP packages can be won for as little as 10 gold chips. You can also try to win a seat via several freeroll satellites. If you are willing to pay a small amount to enter the Main Event you can start out at the Step Tournaments for $7.50 which is a great deal and offers a lot of value to their players. You can also enter into the WSOP Main Event through a $425.00 +$30 satellite if you so choose. Aside from satellites, Players Only has several of their own tournaments that reach as high as $250,000 guaranteed. All of these tournament can be entered directly or through satellite. Sit N Go's start at $1 and climb well up to $5,000 which is normally heads up play. You can find short handed tables in the range of $1,8000. Players Only also offers Kamikaze Sit N Go's which is a game where you have no control of what you do. Players are forced all in every hand until there are winners. This can be a fun, lottery like game to play.
