Recently, many online poker player accounts have been closed as a result of the Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. Fortunately, a company in Austria comes with good news for all of the poker players that have been impacted by this legislation. Heinz Hoja of Austria is launching a new poker community called PlayPing. The new site is based around connecting online poker players from all around the world (including the US) into a great Web 2.0 community. One of the things that makes PlayPing different from all the other online poker communities is the fact that it provides the members with one click access to over 348 radio stations from all around the world.

The founder and owner of PlayPing, Heinz Hoja , has stated: “Some time ago we realized the need for a gambling community setup that goes beyond the sole functionality of an ordinary forum. When President Bush signed the new law on online gambling, which outlawed financial transactions for online gambling in games of chance, we knew then that our time had come.”

The community allows the players to communicate with each other through different methods and provides member benefits such as a live chat, web space for a personal profile, private messaging box, an instant messenger system, a welcome gift and picture sharing. Although PlayPing.com is filled with great features, it is completely free for anyone to join. Whether you are an experienced online poker player or simply interested in seeing what all the excitement is about, you can become a member of the PlayPing community.

PlayPing is actually an addition to an existing network of online gambling themed sites. The network that PlayPing will join consists of two other websites: PerfectBetting (online sports betting) and EternalGambling (online casino reviews).
